Well...read before you comment...
i am not 100% sure about this information but according to the spoilers around ive noticed a huge issue...Naruto will become invincible in the future...and i have my reasons for this...
1. Kyuubi...
2. Sage Mode
3. Summoning Jutsu (Frogs)
4. (not 100% sure about this one but..) He Has a sharingan transplanted in him by Itachi...its not a sharingan transplanted on his eye like kakashi but just when konoha faces difficulty..itachi comes to help...
5. He is from a senju family...RINNEGAN...yes..he is a senju so he can possess a rinnegan aswell...i knw its easy pie or according to the current plot but yes he can ctually possess it..(FACT)..
6. Rasengan. Developed and can be way more developed in future.
7. He still doesnt know about his other element than wind and he still hasnt practiced wind at all lyk danzo...
I mean comeon...he was a son of the GREATEST SHINOBI OF ALL TIME and student of one of the sanins...its all fits and i think he will become more invincible than according to the plot...
Naruto could in fact be very powerful, but I dont think he would be invincible. Invincible would be trying to state he is on the level of the Sage of Six Paths, which would be close to impossible. If he could harness his strength, Naruto would become one powerful ninja but not an invincible one.
1. Kyuubi. So what? Kyuubi is not the strongest weapon in the Naruto universe. There are 8 others that are just like him all with probably more control over their Beast than Naruto has of the Kyuubi. For example, Killer Bee, who has extremely masterful control over the Ox-Octopus. Saying that he has the Kyuubi makes him invincible would mean you're saying the rest of the Jinchuuriki are too. However, with his new form that allows him to move extremely fast would make him extremely powerful and hard to kill. This can only be a good thing if Naruto can master it much more. Again, hes not invincible.
2. Sage Mode has its pros and cons. With his chakra reserves, Naruto can always use this mode as backup if he can control his chakra better. However, he would need to set aside clones for each extra mode he wants and that would take time outside of a battle. Not every battle is preemptive like the one with Pain in Konoha, there are always ambushes. So after Sage Mode is gone and his chakra is low, he is vulnerable.
3. Kuchiyose no Jutsu, many other ninja have it. That doesnt make him any different from any other ninja out there. Even with his contract seal with toads, that doesnt mean toads=the most powerful summoning out there. However, this still makes a good weapon just not an invincible one.
4. Itachi destroyed the crow he implanted into Naruto that had Shisui Uchiha's eye in it. He figured that Naruto was able to face Sasuke without it and also it wouldve taken 10 more years for the genjutsu to be able to be used again. So that is no longer a tool for him to use.
5. He is not from Senju Family. He is a descendant of Mito Uzumaki who was the wife of Hashirama Senju. Him being able to possess Rinnegan is an up, but even so having Rinnegan does not equal use of all of its power. Rinnegan enables the user to LEARN all elemental types, it is not given to them upon awakening. Naruto has trouble learning other Fuuton ninjutsu, so maybe if he did awaken it and did take his later years learning other elements he could be actually very powerful later. Just not right now.
6. Rasengan, yes could be a very powerful weapon in the future. Once he learns more variations and learns to do it without summoning clones then he will have a good ninjutsu under his belt. But still, Rasengan is not an ultimate ninjutsu and there are plenty of others out there that can out match its use. If Naruto fought someone with long range prowess such as Deidara, his Rasengan would be no use if he could not reach him. A flaw if he becomes too dependant on this technique.
7. Yes he has potential to become powerful, but even with mastery of many ninjutsu and other skills that wouldnt make him invincible.
Minato Namikaze was not the greatest ninja of all time and is not the strongest. He was a very gifted and powerful ninja yes, but then again there are many things that ninjas cannot always match up against. Being taught under a Sannin gives him a one up, but does not mean the combination of these two will grant him all the power he wants.
Naruto is the main protagonist in the series, meaning yes he will endeavor through the plot because he has to. There is no Naruto without Naruto being the main character of course, so he has to survive just for the sake of the series. There are many other ninja with just as much, if not more potential than he does to become powerful. Indeed with training, Naruto would be able to surpass his father and Jiraiya but not be deemed something as close to a mortal God.
?!? He might gain or loose powers in the process, but in the end he will win... PLOT-NO-JUTSU > ALL.
