Yeah, no.
OT: Yeah, I think Naruto did heal him but honestly I don't remember that cloak healing anyone .. I didn't say it didn't heal anyone I said I don't remember it healing anyone but Naruto. I know it protected the shinobi alliance from fire.

Can't argue with that, Naruto was probably surprised because he forgot about his healing abilities since he tends to do that.
Saving his life and healing him are two different things.. Shikamaru was sucked almost dry of chakra and Naruto forced more chakra into him.. It was almost the same as Nagato sucking bee chakra.

Okay... PP and Naruto/Karuam chakra has never showed the power to heal actual injuries(only Naruto).
Only medical ninjas and Hashirama's cells/DNA is capable of healing burns, we all know Sasuke have Hashirama's cells from Kabuto.. I believe the cloak accelerated the powers of Hashirama cells inside of Sasuke after he absorb the cloak, making him heal faster. That explains Naruto surprise look and Sasuke quick recovery from a actual injury... That's my final answer
