So your ONLY "proof" to Naruto >> Sakura in chakra control has failed.

Because not every medical ninja can attain the byakugou seal despite (being confirmed by Tsunade) having perfect chakra control.

The funny part is that even if Sakura has better control than naruto that's not really impressive. What you have to realize is that the more chakra a ninja has the harder it is to control. People are saying Naruto is more impressive than Kakashi because he has feats controlling a large amount of kyubi chakra which was stated to be 100 times kakashis own. What's so disappointing about Sakura is that even of she is better than naruto Their feats are comparable even though Sakura only had to control her own measly reserves while naruto has similar feats but on a much larger scale. It's pretty obvious that Naruto destroys Sakura in control. I say this because:
In order to accurately determine a persons control of chakra they have to have the same chakra pool size or else their are other factors that affect how hard controlling it is. Naruto with the kyubi easily has 100 X more chakra than Sakura, which is why it is so impressive for naruto to have the control that he has shown. According to manga fact it should be around 100x harder for naruto to control chakra if the relationship between chakra pool and control is a direct one.
Conclusion
At Sakura had better control, but that isnot very impressive because part of the reason her control is so good is because her reserves are so small.
At worst even though naruto has much more chakra than Sakura, he has similar levels of control.
So, following this logic if we go by Naruto's reserves, he would at least have around 5 times better control than Sakura( if he had the same size chakra pool as her) base naruto has 4 times more chakra than Kakashi , and if we include the kyubi he has 100x better control- the truth is that Sakura is pretty pathetic relative to naruto.
