That's not the point. Only an idiot would believe that Sasuke keeps his Rikudou power-up and Naruto loses his. It completely invalidates the dichotomy established over 700 chapters. Sasuke can't even use the Rin'negan with the Yin chakra from Rikudou which lets him sustain it.

@Bold, since when was rikudo chakra required to use or sustain the rinnegan? It's like saying you need a Uchiha chakra to use/sustain the sharingan while actually you just need it to awaken it (Kakashi and Danzo being prime examples)

Madara created Hagoromo's chakra by mixing his chakra (indra's) with Hashirama's (Ashura's) just before his death he implanted the rinnegan into Nagato, who didnt bear any rikudo chakra, despite that Nagato still managed to use the Rinnegan to its fullest, another example was Sasuke willing to give his eye to Kakashi to unlock IT despite knowing Kakashi doesn't have rikudo chakra

Rinnegan doesn't require rikudo chakra while Rikudo mode does

The Six Paths Sage Technique requires three things: Rikudou Chakra, Senjutsu Chakra, and the chakra of the nine bijuus/Juubi. Naruto should still have the chakra given to him by Hagoromo, but as he used up most of the chakra given to him by the bijuu [

]. Naruto could call upon the other bijuu to lend him more of their chakra, which would give him access to the full abilities of the Sixs Paths Sage Mode (TSB, Flight, etc.).

Why he didn't do so in the movie could be a matter of distance, considering Naruto is fighting on the moon or that Studio Pierrot doesn't want to spoil Naruto's Rikudou Mode abilities for anime only watchers. There's no evidence from what I've seen that he uses any of the abilities of RSM in the movie.

He still has the bijuu chakra, they're just in a separate place within him the same way Kurama's was when he was still only using KCM. The Sage himself said Naruto had absorbed their chakra little by little over time and that he would be their meeting place, meaning that even in the future there will still be inside him. The small amounts of chakra are permanent the same way it was for Gedo Mazo when it only had 8 tails' tail and Gin&Kin's chakra.

Yep, he doesn't need RSM because he's extremely skillful and powerful with BSM alone, people forget he has grown, has Ashura's chakra and isn't the same clueless child he was in part 1. And the Sage already stated that the bijuus chakra is permanent
