I believe that naruto has gained SO6P knowledge, the name of the bijuu is key for open it.. SO6P somehow seal his knowledge and soul to bijuu, and you know guys, KNOWLEDGE create POWER (chakra)... maybe tobi has the power but not the KNOWLEDGE to built it... that's the point in the end of chap 572. what do you think guys?
