I just can't take this thread seriously when I saw OP's avatar and sig lol.

naruto was in full beast mode,the branches surrounded him from every side in a really fast pace since he was the closest to the juubi,then he was in mid air when the branches caught him(when his full beast dissappeared),it's impossible for him to use speed in mid air,minato and tobirama ran away with FTG,and bee wasn't really close to the tree.
