[Theory] Naruto getting the Rinnegan?

What if Kishimoto was using Obito giving Kakashi his Sharingan chakra as foreshadowing. After Obito died and Kakashi recieved his chakra he was able to use both MS as if he were born with them.

My theory is that maybe the SO6P is planning to give Naruto the last of his chakra like Obito did. This would give Naruto the Rinnegan long enough to cancel the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

I think if this happens, once the Infinite Tsukuyomi is canceled, Naruto would immediately lose the Rinnegan. Therefore it could not be used in the fight against Sasuke.

Tell me what you think, I could be over thinking it. I just thought this would be kind of a clever way for Naruto to end the Infinite Tsukuyomi without needing Sasuke.

It wouldn't be the ending. This would just allow Naruto to end the Infinite Tsukuyomi before he fights Sasuke.

Could be, but Obito had used most of his chakra to save Sasuke and Kakashi was still able to pull off a PS.

I don't remember anything in the manga saying that Obito "fused" with Kakashi. All I saw was Obito's chakra leave his disintegrating body and enter Kakashi's.

In a way, that was his soul. If you recall before that happened we see obito(in his youth) talking to Rin. He then tells her to basically wait for him since he has to help Kakashi before he can rest in peace. After Kaguya is sealed, you see obito telling kakashi bye and thats when kakashi loses the double mangekyou eyes. That was obito soul leaving kakashi body, so that he could rest in peace.

Whatever happened in Obito's decaying mind as he died doesn't concern me. However, what happened after Kakashi recieved, whatever it was that he got, appeared to be no different than what Naruto got from Minato and Kushina. Except we know that they were just chakra not souls.

Obito got chakra back from Naruto and Sakura with her yin seal and probably for all we know Sasuke too.

iirc hagormo doesn't have that much chakra right now(since he gave it to naruto & sasuke) and also said his time is almost up. But its possible since naruto has learned to not do everything on his own so if the sage offered his power. Naruto will most likely accept it.

Naruto doesn't need the Rinnegan to beat Sasuke and about the IT pretty sure he'll fool Sasuke into a Rasengan/Chidori clash to disable IT or if its the Rinnegan thats needed then he'll be turned by Naruto and Sasuke will willingly stop IT either way Naruto has the ability/power/stamina to take,defeat and own Sasuke...in my humble unbiased opinion

Naruto does not need anything from SO6P. He already had the power of the six path very long time ago. Whether people accept it of decide to not see NarutoFax does not matter. He is the sage of the six paths because he has Jutsus of the six path.
