But if Kurama was a female then it would have a female voice, no? The female bijuu have female voices and even the male bijuu don’t have genitalia.

Naruto is voiced by a female as well. Does that make him female? No. Same logic can be applied to Kurama, please don't assume her gender.

They can't show female genitalia because of sexism. Naruko's breasts were never shown but they show an animal penis. It's just sexism, Master.

Yes, Black Zetsu is not Less Female that Inner Sakura. Kaguya just wasn't as skilled as Sakura to manifest her will with a more feminine form.
White Zetsu are hermaphrodites though.
