anyway unlike RSM....rikudou chakra didnt give shit to sasuke except black chidori ,

so this is pointless nerf for sasuke

Him not having tomoe isn't necessarily a nerf.

That is unless you believe Sasuke needs rikudo chakra. Or that Naruto needs to get into contact with the other bijuu in order for them to beat shin.

Only nerf I can really see would be the fact that he no longer has precog in his left eye (which he can regress back to EMS) and that he's missing an arm.

Other than that, their power levels aren't that much different imo.

But a powered down Sasuke still had tomoed Rinnegan in base form

If he lost his tomoes it makes him weaker and conseqently there is no way Naruto could keep his original power too if Sasuke got nerfed

You are taking it for granted that no tomoe = nerf.

We still don't know if that's true, we don't know why and when he lost them, he still had them 2 years after VoTE, and if he can still use the same techniques then it doesn't matter.

Now sasuke not only used his rinnegan but he used amino too against the fodders.

He was not even able to dodge it with foot speed.what a weak guy

His original power is Kurama and Bijuu mode. Only thing he's shown is that he's using RSM with it. Other than that he's on the same level as current Sasuke imo.

Him not calling up the 8 and ending everything is a nerf in itself.

I don't think any of them will get rekt, Evil's spoiler with Sasuke pierced by spikes is probably represented Shin protecting his father from Katon. (Sasuke was protecting naruto from the spikes)

Naruto getting pierced panel can mean many things as well.
