Naruto Fastest Ninka alive...

For all those who have made post about the fastest ninjas alive, and about raikage been the fastest one since the 4th is dead, well there u go naruto has surpassed the raikages speed, and we could pretty much say that hes the new "yellow flash of konoha"...

Lol it's not even a tech, Naruto just uses speed, but yes, his speed is not fast enough to beat a Space-Time Jutsu, kind of obvious

space-time ninjutsu can be instant....
speed itself no matter how fast is something raw that will need movement to be made even fractions of seconds

speed itself(naruto)= takes fractions of seconds 0.25s to move close to madara in a range of 30 meters for example

space-time ninjutsu (madara)= instant in that interval of 0.25 that naruto needs to reach madara, madara can simply disappear instantly specially because he has sharingan and can see things in slow-mo and can react in time

space-time ninjutsu (minato)= same as madara but teleports in space to the same plane but somewhere else....

Actually Minato's FTG is above Madara's space time jutsu because Madara takes some time in order to teleport he doesn't simply disappear. You know the whole swirl thingy takes some time so with Naruto's new speed he might be able to reach him... remember that Naruto is one of the best sensors out there right now... maybe he can tell where Madara is going to appear just as he starts appearing.
