Speed is speed, regardless if punching or running. By your logic Naruto will always be superior in speed regardless if sasuke's S/T is instant, what good is sasuke's S/T if he isn't fast enough for a follow up attack?

At least you able to realize why Sasuke unable to attack people successfully after Amenotejikara and not because Naruto is faster than Amenotejikara.
