I couldn't care less about the surnames Hiruzen was given he has shown nothing to suggest his strength to be the most powerful shinobi. I say he is beyond a dought the most over hyped character on the base even more so then Itachi. This old age BS is just an excuses he was not even that old only 69 look at Onoki he must be somewhere in his 80's and he tanked a damn meteor he deserves that tittle more so then Hiruzen damn people.

OT: Kbauto is the strongest 38 edo army and DSM you aren't stopping that.

I feel Hiruzen was full of it just living off his former students and teachers we never seen he in his true Prime and we know for a fact he wasn't stronger than Hashirama. Maybe he was the God of his generation because HIRUZEN is NOT MESIING WITH MADARA's

The strongest character in his prime is Hashirama because he didn't have to modify his body with someone else dna to reach his prime and even before his prime he was known as a fairy tale but I gave my vote to Minato even though he should not be in this poll like several others Naruto, Sasuke, and Obito because they never reached their prime. Sidebar: While Naruto and Sasuke still have room to evolve and get stronger while even though Sasuke obtain Itachi's eyes to alter his strength that's his brother so they have most of the same DNA make. Obito was forced out of his Brink to reach his true potential by Kakashi I can't watch where I'm running nojutsu. But I have given my vote to Minato because he was the most vestile ninja besides Madara. He made his own justu by combing other tech and he also studied different clans tech and was able to use them. I feel that if he would have entered his Prime he would been able to break all barriers and use another clan's blood limit tech. HE MADE A TECH SO STRONG THAT IT CAN TAKE YOUR SOUL while NOT IN HIS PRIME also he doesn't have to sacrifice his soul he can make a shadow clone use the tech like third did to the first and second hokages, only person we seen that can take someones soul is Nagato.

we never have seen itachi pushed to his limits and he never reached his prime because he was sick and he died young... so i gave my vote to itachi. this is a poll so please respect other's opinion. this is just an opinion...
