No...most of his chakra is used to suppress the fox. If the fox wasnt there he would have mastered it even quicker. Yamato was there so that when naruto's spare chakra was depleted the fox wouldnt be able to get out.
Even kakashi said if naruto was able to use all his chakra he would have what 100 times more chakra than kakashi.

u kno the advantages naruto has when kyubi is not there did u ever think of that

1. he uses chakra to suppress the kyubi without it he would have more
2. kyubi affects his chakra control so without it he can use his chakra more efficiently
3.without kyubi ma and pa can fuse with him like jiraya

so yea he would have enough chakra dont doubt that

And in Sm he can so what jiraya did and even better,he has FRS, and he mastered sage mode at that. so if u think sm naruto is not kage level you're pretty much putting j-man on the same level who has been offered the position of hokage in the past.

I feel like you guys don't understand that when Naruto was younger (part 1) Kurama was messing with his chakra making Naruto's chakra control crap, he still learned Rasengan and Kage Bunshin and all this stuff. If it wouldn't have been Kurama messing with Naruto Chakra he would have been able to learned 1 Handed Rasengan.

Naruto had the biggest obstacle in Naruto history to become good, along with Lee.

SM Naruto without the kyuubi can merge with ma and pa, not to mention that he can now use sm much better than when he fought pain. He's NEVER been hurt in sm, and he has incredible strength, great threat detection and frog taka, not to mention rasenshuriken.

I think he would be mid-kage level or so, if you just removed the kyuubi from the equation. If you add the things he could have learnt instead, if there was no kyuubi and minato was alive, he would at least be as strong as he is now (strong, not powerful)

he can mold his chakra more skillfully can have even more varieties of jutsu
minato or jiraiya don't have as much chakra as naruto. only the people with

Naruto wouldn't be able to use as many clones as he does if he didn't have Kurama. So he wouldn't have learned the Rasenshuriken so fast. Minato didn't learn the rasengan, he created it. That is a huge difference. If Naruto learned SM without Kurama then yea he would be S rank. The only reason he beat Pain in the end is because of the kyuubi
