If he understood that he neads to cheat, with what technique could he cheat?

Similar to Sakura, Naruto really had no techniques at the time (except for Kage Bunshin, which isn't exactly subtle).

Of course, he could make 50 Shadow Clones and attack all the examiners. While they're occupied fighting his shadow clones, he could look off someone's paper. I could see the #1 most unpredictable ninja doing that.

Some people just don't have good information gathering techniques. Would Naruto even have something to pull that off right after the timeskip? I can't think of a way off the top of my head.

Perform Tajuu Kage Bunshin before the exam, let them take over the Konoha Library, make them actually read some stuff (one page at a time, for example) release the technique and volia!

Naruto knows the answers.

Well ,actually yeah. I see a problem. Naruto didn't even think of using his shadow clones to gather information and experience untill he went through his affinity training.

well I think he could use shadpow clone and then the sexy jutsu and so...while the examinators are preocupated with the clones he could cheat from hinata...well he.s the best at sexy no jutsu so...xd
