Well Naruto made a huge tactical error. He wasted his one and only free shot with a basic Rasengan!! Now Obito is completely aware of his weakness and will be guarding himself diligently. At this point, even if Naruto prepares stronger Senjutsu attacks, he's never going to have that once in a lifetime chance anymore.


I know people are going to say, " At least Naruto was the only one to realize Obito's weakness. He still contributed way more than the others".

True, but that doesn't change the fact that Naruto dropped the ball during such a critical moment.

It could just be my imagination, but that didn't seem like a normal rasengan. For one, he actually did this with one hand instead of the traditional assistance with clones. He even requires help in KCM, where he uses one or two chakra hands to help him out, which is even more bizarre. So this, I believe, is a special kind of rasengan that Naruto conjured out of Nature energy and not normal chakra (which is why it worked in the first place).

It's not plot. It was just a theory that Senjutsu would work on him. He had to test it out. If he used a big ball Rasengan and it didn't work that would be just a waste of chakra. Remember he was testing a theory and it worked

You don't get it. A Senjutsu Rasengan is still relatively weak compared to his other more powerful Senjutsu attacks( Senjutu Rashinsukiken anyone?).

What makes a rasenshurikan different from a rasengan wind chakra right now the question is. Wind =nature ie senjutsu if yes then bean I agree with you if no then that's why he used a pure senjutsu rasengan so maybe wind-fire- water- ect. Don't work on orbito mixing them with senjutsu is just a waste of chakra
