OK what would be your detonation of a win? Naruto went into the fight to stop the tailed beast, not kill them. If Kurama would have choked them longer they'd be dead or if he used a tailed beast bomb that'll be a kill. Anyway you look at it Naruto wins. They incapacitated the beast so its there victory.

Also talking to Bijuu is part of the plot to gain their chakra, and no matter what way you look at it Naruto was the one still standing while the other Bijuu where not.

Just look at it from this point of view. Going off the idea that he didn't win, he certainly didn't lose. With that in mind, he faced all the bijuus and didn't lose. I'd say that's a feat in itself, especially knowing nothing about how they fight or what abilities they had. So really, the fact that he held his own is a testament in itself. Your logic has just been torn to shreds.

Also guys, remember that Naruto hasn't had a single meal or drink in AT LEAST like 50 chapters. That being said, holding your own against 5 tailed beasts on an empty stomach while being parched is pretty amazing. also if Naruto didn't defeat them (which i think he sort of did but didn't) then what is victory to you? once the opponent is dead?
