Naruto: Destroy or bring peace to the world. How?

So I was wondering this question. First, I assume that Naruto is indeed the destined child. The destined child is one who will either bring peace to the ninja world or destroy it. The question that I have is how? I put forth this question to you.

My belief at this point is that Naruto is a bit like the 3rd Hokage and obviously the 4th Hokage. I believe that he will bring peace to the world by diplomacy since one of his innate abilities is to make friends with anyone according to Kakashi during the rescue Gaara arc. He could also have leverage as the "Nine-tailed Flash," whom people will retreat if seen in battle.

I'm not sure how he could destroy the world. Perhaps if he went nine-tails, but it seems like there are too many ways to stop a bijou. The other is more passive and would be if he is captured and the 9 tails is extracted to make Pein's machine of instant death or whatever Madara is planning.

These seem to be the obvious answers, or simple ones, so I'm curious what you all think. Thanks

That's a pretty good question.
As far as peace goes, I think you hit it on the head, but my views differ from your when it comes to how the world could be destroyed.
You could interpret ''Destroying the world'' in a literal sense i.e Naruto becoming so powerful that he can literally destroy the world single handedly.
Or, you can interpret it like Naruto will make a choice that will ultimately effect the entire ninja world in a very negative way i.e he [somehow] causes another Great Ninja War with the entire world, in other words, the World War I of the Naruto world.
There's a number of different ways you can interpret it, but I personally think Naruto will either start a Great Ninja War, or awaken the Kyubbi and cause mass destruction throughout the nation.

its infinite, so naruto can make as much clones he wants(by using the fox's chakra)

good question. i believe naruto will bring peace through his caring about his friends and fighting for what he believes in. he will be the one that will save a million. his personality will change the hearts and souls of many and end the ninja wars and bring peace

I think kishi is planning to remove the kyuubi from naruto cuz lately kishi has been focusing on naruto relying on his power. The kyuubi seems no longer an asset but a burden, in the sense that naruto has to focus on his own power and also supress the kyuubi's power. Plus with him learning sejustu and mastering it, i doubt he'll need the kyuubi</div>

i kinda agree but not really. i dont view the kyuubi as a burden i view it as a gift from his dad that just needs controling. if every gift your dad gave you and it was giving trouble would you throw it away. or if its taken wouldnt you feel bad. i believe naruto will learn to control the fox chakra. and senjutsu is balance and a power up if he uses this added power of chakra maybe he could control the kyuubi's chakra

Well I like those above I believe Naruto could bring peace to the world through his ability to make friends...etc.
As for deystroying the world I see two possibilities.
One he goes nine tails and goes on a rampage. (Yamato had trouble putting down a four tails nine would be impossible to beat because the unlimited chakra and no could really seal it because it's techinically inside Naruto so yeah.)
Or two he (although I honnestly doubt it) decides to give himself up for his friends and Pein completes whatever he's doing.
But I don't think naruto will have the Kyuubi extracted.
1- they would have to separate it from the statue/other tailed beasts
2- how would they seal it inside of him again.
