Naruto deserves the title of Hokage

you know. When we compare this Naruto with Naruto of first part or even some chapters ago, we can see the development of his jutsu + of his personality. The important factor of a kage is his decisions and strategy not just jutsu. Maybe Naruto's reaction toward Minato's entrance was an indication of this.

All said, Naruto haters! hate it or not, Naruto is not only at the level of Kage, but he crosses that to the level of SO6P.
He is the badassest of the badass.

Naruto does deserve to be Hokage due to his actions in the Fourth Shinobi World War and the Invasion of Pain. He also surpassed Kage Level - only the characters that I list (in my opinion) have surpassed all Kage levels. Naruto, Hashirama, Madara, Obito and Nagato. I hate to admit it but Naruto with Kurama far surpasses Sasuke at the moment from what we know about Sasuke.

Minato became Hokage because of his actions during WW3.
Tsunade became Hokage because of his actions during WW2.
Orochimaru was considered because of his actions during WW2.

And Sasuke may indeed have power we don't know of. His EMS is quite the mystery, he may have potential we do not know of.

Yeah, he needs a powerup. His most likely are; Perfect Susano'o, Yata Mirror + Totsuka Blade, Rin'negan, Uchiha Clan Ancestor, New EMS Ability or the Juubi/Kyuubi Yin Chakra. The final one is the most unlikely but having the Juubi might equalize the two the best.
