most likely lee his speed in 5 gates is either comparable or greater than naruto's when he was in that fox mode when he fought neji, not to mention lee's power is impressive in 5 gates

I'm gonna say Lee. Honestly, I do believe he could've beat Neji; Gaara seemed to be the only one who could tank a reverse lotus. And I'm including Naruto in everyone else... nine-tails chakra can't wake him up after all his bones have been broken, no plot armor... Naruto's only bonus seemed a long supply of chakra and stamina, which is good for someone like Neji (gentle fist), but not defense like he'd need to survive Lee's attacks or speed to avoid them.
