I don't really see Madara teaming up with Hashi, under any circumstance, even if it's as a ploy, but they'd obviously make a great pair. And I never did understand why Sasuke never got Yata Mirror or Totsuka even though he has Itachi's eyes

I just figured that since he has that blaze orb thing, that that would be his weapon, but I hope he gets Totsuka and Yata

Sasuke can probably change his weapons Like he do with the Sword and the Arrow , or he probably can use them all together.
