Second of , I'm not an Itachi fanboy , but a Sasuke fanboy.
Kishi on the other hand is an Itachi and Sasuke fanboy and each time Itachi get mentioned , he get praised ,even Hashirama praised him.

And finally , I didn't make Naruto a fool because that's his character , he maybe powerful and sometime smart in battle , but he still reckless and emotional.

sasuke doesnt have yata mirror or shielding shord.And madara now has turn evil to that extent he just enjoy destruction and justwant the epic battle he lost last time. Now since he has ultimate EMS , ultiamte susano , rinnegan , hashii cell (nearly equal to sage of six path ,just doesnt have bijuuuus) ,so he is definetly stronger than hashi and nearly equal to jubito.It wouldnt be eaasy to defeat him but there is not any situation to join up.
