Doesn't he or Madara have some connection Kirigakure?
Former Mizukage or controlled a Mizukage or some such.
Perhaps Madara simply told him or he extracted the information while posing in that position.

To start, I would like to say I absolutly LOVE your in-depth-detail review on this chapter! I fully agree with everything you wrote and I do too indeed find the part with the sage very interesting! I feel you gave an excellent review and highlighted all the main aspects of the chapter that needed to be mentioned! Great job! Loved this thread! Please make more! I thoroughly enjoy reading them!
I also love how the chapter mentioned the cause of Rin's death as it has been lurking over everyone's minds as to why Kakashi killed her (though most knew it was for a purpose lol) I wish she didn't have to die but alas, that is the fate of young Rin. I think Naruto will unlock the Rinnegan too someway as the Six Path's had it and it overshadowed how Naruto is alot like him.
