I don't think the rest of the tablet is the Moon's Eye Plan. That's way too specific. I think the Moon's Eye plan is Madara's interpretation of what the alternate meaning would have to be: "the other way". The dual meaning of what we read is just that if the two forces work together as one, they are like a God. However Madara's meaning is that if the two forces are joined together (Senju and Uchiha DNA) then that person will manifest the abilities of God. The later reading from MS and EMS, and then Rinnegan probably don;t cut and dry say Moon's Eye, they probably get more specific about the forces together.
One question that begs to be asked though is if the tablet says "two opposing forces joined together" and at that time it was Senju vs Uchiha, what are Sasuke and Naruto? They are Uzumaki and Uchiha. The fact that both of these two scenarios are in the cards makes it seem as though the Senju-Uchiha relationship is dwarfed by Uzumaki-Uchiha, or vice versa. However if Uzumaki-Uchiha is the more powerful relationship, maybe that could prove as evidence to the theories the Uzumaki is the direct line of ancestry from SO6P. Interesting to think about.
