Naruto cant dodge kirin

There is more to a battle than one all out technique. That idea applies to more than just Naruto. What boxer ever won a fight by whipping out the haymaker in the first five seconds and got the knockout? It doesn't work like that... And we don't know the speed of Naruto, nor do we know if Sasuke is able to hit a moving target, OR if Sasuke can track Naruto's speed. Too bad, looks like we'll just have to wait.
As for people discussion the speed of light, it is thought that objects moving faster than light travel back in time. This is a THEORY, not a LAW. Therefore, anything said about objects moving faster than light is automatically an inference or prediction... Nothing is known that can travel faster than light, that doesn't mean it isn't possible. If something isn't documented, it is unknown.
Also remember, lightning normally doesn't hit moving objects, if logic is playing any part in Sasuke's ability to hit Naruto.

Naruto doesn't have to be faster than kirin to dodge it. He just has to be faster than sasuke's eyesight. The motion of casting kirin on a target (droping the hand down and pointing it at the target) is more than enough time for naruto to move from the area sasuke is sending kirin.
And on another note, will sasuke even cast kirin if naruto is up in his grill?

Now 1/1000th of a second is lightning speed...yea.. thats a shit load more faster than the blink of an eye...
Kakashi had tthe time to say full sentences as naruto was running, i can't even believe people are saying naruto moves at the speed of lightning, jesus christ

in the scan above kakashi saying the word "sen" naruto has already arrived at his destination. The scan of kakashi saying 'sen' comes after the scan of naruto at his destination, therefore, it he didn't say it while naruto was moving, he said it after naruto stopped.

Ok people need to stop discussing the speed of lightning and light and stuff. It is irrelevant to a fictional world that clearly is not governed by our laws of physics.
For the record, lightning IS slower than light (as everyone is quoting it at 186,000 mps). First of all, that is in space where there is no friction. So on Earth technically lightning would be slowed by friction. Also, light given off in any instance is due to chemical reactions (things don't just "light"). The reaction that creates lightning is static electricity, whereas light from a star (speed of light derived from this) is formed from a nuclear reaction creating hydrogen. Much more powerful reaction that lightning, therefore lightning is slower. Also, anything on Earth is governed by our physics, so technically the speed of light isn't actually achievable on Earth. E=mc^2 if solved for speeds that high would require such a huge mass on Earth that it would be impossible (reason why real speed of light can only be reached in a vaccuum).
So now can people PLEASE stop talking about the technicalities behind Kirin? It is a fictional story... Real science is irrelevant.

Please re read the manga fight between Sauske and Itachi. You will notice that it took a good amount of time to set up his attack. Itachi didn't care what the attack was because of Susano, so he let him set it up.

Plus don't forget that that move has never successfully injured ANYONE. Yes it CAN be deadly, but until we see it hurt/kill someone we have no real way to gauge it's power. We know it is less powerful then the Raikage's punch, and Mei's Lava because Susano successfully blocked Kirin, while Raikage actually broke Susano on Madara. Also, Madara (who can't actually die) commented on how powerful Mei's Lava was
