Saying that Naruto dodged A's fastest punch doesn't mean anything. It's like me saying soldiers in the army dodge bullets when they are fighting, does that mean they are faster than the bullet? No. But A has already said that Naruto is faster than him, in a way.

Thing is, he can consistently dodge the punch, soldiers cant dodge bullets unless it was luck so your analogy doesnt work

Bijuu mode gives him the ability to sense emotions. This gives him the ability of a top class sensor and the reaction speed that comes with it. The Raikage admitted to attacking with the intent to kill, this would have been sensed by Naruto.

Naruto could sense the Raikage coming. It's just another way of getting a better reaction time. Naruto's sensing is clearly better at judging where someone is than Sasuke's sharingan. Or at least, his sensing can keep up with the Raikage, and he has the reactions capable of acting upon it

It funny how you guys always underrate everything bout naruto even down to his uzumaki name.i don't have to argue this topic cause it already stated there in the manga..but if you re not satisfied with it, i think the best way is to take a flight to japan or where kishi is, then you can argue all you want with him or ask him those questions.

Raikage is fodder now compared to the level in which Naruto has achieved in terms of speed and power Naruto was faster in BM and now that he's able to tap into 100% of Kurama's power he could run circles around raikage.

Its logically impossible and ill explain why.

First of all,we all know the best ability to read moves lies within the sharingan. A not only did he state it on multiple occasions but we cleary saw how he ran circles against sasuke. We also know that A's lightning armor increases his reflex synapsis so much, he was able to see and dodge amateratsu, an instantaneous attack. Now with that in mind, this could only mean one of 2 things:

1.KM mode has to enhance narutos reflexes and visual perception to that of a level even greater that the mangekyo sharingan. Now i know A>B>C logic doesnt work well,but this case is an exception. While i believe naruto has the speed to dodge it, I dont think he has the perceptive abilites or reflexes to see it coming.

2.Plot hole.

The 4th is an exception because it was stated that he had top tier reflexes....he also had a T/S jutsu which we know beats any speed jutsu.

You are wrong on your choice of words. Naruto is faster than raikage.fact. but outside of sage mode his reflexes are shit. making his speed useless if he doesn't expect the attack
