I dunno why you fail to see the logic here Naruto clone has like 1/20th power of the real Naruto and he manages to beat 3rd Raikage so this gives you an insight about the real Naruto's power.
Further the Naruto I described here is better than KM Naruto at present.

Shisui is all KA and genjutsu which is useless against Naruto + 9t and about Izuna, he most likely doesn't even have the Susano...I have a theory to back it up but I don't wanna go there.
Further we don't even know whether Tobi is an Uchiha...there's a lot of speculation.

this is incridble stupid but truth. naruto full kyuubi form+sennin mode=gargantuan tbb, that can destroy not a village BUT a entery country of the map.
madara,sasuke,itachi,shisui,izuna have like 10% ods to survive to that level of best bomb and if they do they cant keep fighting on hype.

It's true that his clones are Kage level, it's true that most of the Uchiha clan were not extremely powerful. But Naruto is not going to solo them all along with Madara and Itachi. Also since you said the entire Uchiha clan then Obito would also be there.
