I'm saying its possible for Naruto to learn jutsu that use the other 4 elements
Proof:
Kakashi uses all 5, here are just an example of each
Fire - Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (only used it in the show but it still counts)
Water - Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique (used this numerous times)
Earth - Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique (used on Sasuke)
Lightning - Lightning Release: Chidori - Lightning Blade - (used this numerous times)
Wind - Wind Release: Rasengan (showed Naruto he could do it during his WRS training)

I believe that rasengan is the concentration of chakra in your palm..even with out affinities it can be learned as long as you know how to control your chakra.thats why in kakashi's case he did show it to naruto.the only use of the wind affinity in naruto was when he incorporated his wind affinity to the rasengan which is a incomplete tech.when he was able to do it, wind style rasen shuriken was born...

kakashi can use 4 elements fire,lightning,earth,water
but he said his nature chakra which he can manipulate is lightning...
using different kind of element is one story and nature manipulation is anothe story IMO

rasengan just use shape manipulation!!! just your chakra!!! (with training all can do it)
chidori(rikiri) use shape manipulation and nature manipulation!!! (no matter how hard you try, you must have lightning nature)
Rasen-shuriken is like chidori and use both shape manipulation and nature manipulation and you need wind style.
