Naruto can learn all elements?

No, unless you have the rinnegan or go an unnatural way You are born with basicly veins that produce 1 to 3 types of chakra, rarely will someone have 3 though, they only make those chakra types they are for naruto could have 2 chakra natures but he only knows about one. It's impossible unless kishi makes it, for naruto to have 5 affinities.
The rinnegan gives you all 5 and the ability to master them all very quickly. If you have the rinnegan implanted in your eyes (not born with it) you still get that ability.

as for the people who are saying you are only able to use your elemental affinity..

your affinity is just the first element you get, its your easiest element that your body naturally take to.... Kakashi's affinity was raiton, he got it at 13..
he also has earth and water.. which are not his affinity, he just trained to get them... As he said, by the jounin stage, most jounin have 2 elements..Learning your affinity element for most takes years, a non affinity element takes even longer... geniuses tend to have multiple elements in the show due to them having a natural talent with ninjutsu... With the method kakashi showed naruto. he is able to cover vast amounts of training time in a short period.. he wouldn't be able to accomplish nagato's task, aka mastering them all at like 16(or we age it was) , but he could accomplish it in his 20's, mid to high 20's
if you want proof of this go look under the databook section for chakra , in which they say mastering all 5 elements would take several years... orochimaru wanted immortality to learn and master all ninjutsu, he couldn't do it in his one body, because after a while , a ninja hits the age where his body starts degrading, chakra levels reducing, growth from that point becomes almost impossible.. EG hiruzen, , who if you look into his hype, has possibly around 4 elements

this. just because someone is born with an affinity doesnt mean that that element is the only one they can have. like the other guy said before, most shinobi have mastered at least 2 elements by the jounin level
kakashi doesn't know fire release
and sharingan doesn't just give you all the elements, you have to be able to know how to produce the elements first which require training, from there he copies techniques of elements he know how to use, which includes his affinity- raiton, and normal elements- doton and suiton
sasuke won't be able to just copy danzo's wind jutsu,.. he has to go through years, of training to master or become an expert in wind, then watch danzo do the just, with his sharingan follow his handseals, formation of chakra, and replicate the moves
just like Madara, with his sharingan, after all the fights with hashirama, he memorized all of hashirama's techniques, and can now use them after implanting his dna and gaining moukouton

He didn't "learn" his Wind Release. He already had it. What he learned was to draw it out and incorporate it into his Rasengan.
Even if he trained with his Kage Bunshins, there's no guarantee that he can even access the other 4 natures. At most I see Naruto using Wind and Water, but that's just me.
There's also the fact that spending so much time and effort to learn the other 4 would make the overall quality of his chakra nature use to be diminished. Even if he can cover large amounts of training time with his Kage Bunshin method, the more focus he puts on so many elements (assuming he can even draw all 5 of them out) he'll be sacrificing proficiency in any single one. It's better to specialize in 2 or even 3 and develop various techniques with then than to try to master them all.
Nagato's case was different. He somehow was granted exceptional use of all 5 elements because of his Rinnegan. For Naruto, he'd have to actually learn to use each and every one
