], Sasuke was able to deflect infinite tsukuyomi because he has the rinnegan, if any light didnt pass through susanoo, no one would be able to see sasuke and he wont be able to see anyone

Well you didn't say how it would be done. The OP makes it sound like the rasengan would blind them just by it being made imo. Either way it seems plausible.

Susanoo was able to Withstand the light of Infinite Tsukyomi.
I think sasuke will easily be able to withstand that light.

Which leaves them blind. Either they are blinded by the light or cant see cause they closed their eyes.
