Naruto can beat all kages 1 on 1?

Naruto beat all except one of the pains. He then finished off the other pain using plot no jutsu. This was in SM but now he has RM. He has been shown to be on par with the 3rd in speed. His clone took out muu and 3rd with help from friends.

I think Naruto could beat any of the kages 1 on 1 right now, what do you think?
