Naruto better than previous kages?

Hes a jinchurriki, he has sage mode, uses the rasengan, his speed similar to the fastest ninja (yellow flash), young, determine, strong, and never seems to give up.
would you consider him better than most kages? what are your opinions on whether naruto has surpass the kages b4 him?

but it would seem that this is just merely a clone just lasting against madara. which means he only has a portion of narutos strength. it was naruto would full strength, i dont think naruto will stand a chance and maybe naruto is a bit better than few. xd

Naruto is a jinchuuriki but Hashirama is the tamer of the tailed beast. Probably he used 2 or three tail beasts when he fought Madara plus his Mokuton jutsu, Naruto currently is nowhere near the 1st Hokage.
