naruto battle genius are extremely underrated

He has his moments, but he's not what I would call a genius. That word is thrown around way too much and only belongs to a few shinobi imo. Those are Shikamaru, Shikaku, Itachi, Minato, Kakashi, and Orochimaru.

Naruto's a clever shinobi, but I wouldn't ever go as far as to say he's a genius.

But we are talking about battle smarts here, not daily life or jutsu developing. And in that Naruto is one of bests.

naruto won most of those fights using Talk no Justu. Esp pain. Naruto is not so much book smart or anything, but with the help of his clones he can gain enough xp to win every fight. Learning RS/Sagemode/BM is just extra perks. I am not dising the man but he is not that smart. He gets lucky with alot of stuff. really he defeated kiba with a fart, soooooo yeah. Also he is the main charater of the f'in story of course he is going to win his fights.

he didn't defeat Kiba with a fart it just stopped kiba's attack and when your nose is a thousand times stronger than a normal person's nose is then it would be called using Kiba's own abilities against him. It was the other things he did in that fight that made him battle smart like when he transformed into kiba there was 3 Kiba's standing there the real Kiba picked him out straight away and Naruto new that he would. So when he hit him he transformed into Akamaru which made Kiba think that his nose was wrong and in turn he hit the real Akamaru and took him out of the fight as well and made it into a 1v1.

But we are talking about battle smarts here, not daily life or jutsu developing. And in that Naruto is one of bests.

I never said he wasn't smart inside battle, but just not on the level of the ones I mentioned.

Like I said Naruto's a clever ninja to me, not a genius whether it be inside or outside of battle.

People just like to throw out the word genius constantly to make their favorite character look greater than they actually are.

The only ones deserving of the title genius imo whether it be in or outside of battle are the ones I listed.

Maybe I used wrong words: hes becoming one of bests. But I would already put him above Orochimaru. Oro was great when it came to jutsu developing, but battle smarts? He has no feats in that.

lol i was thinking the samething he is the main character ppl! of course kishi is going to find ways for him to win fights but i would not rely on him if i absolutely needed him to use his head to figure something out. naruto is the guy u want having your back in a bar fight. lol he isnt a genius he's just sneaky and clever at times and he is very resourceful

Heck yea Naruto has no logic.....He justs attacks straight forward....He even forgot that Rinnegan sucks Ninjutsu xD

i am being honest.Naruto donot know ninja or sealing jutsu.The ninetail give him what he lack even intellegent at times
