[/size]Our Story beings...in the year 2067 A.D......
Versuvio let out a contented sigh. All had been peaceful here on NB.NET. He had been charge of Nebula Base: New Earth Terminal for about 2 years now...
NB. NET had been christened "Naruto Base", due to the abilities the people that lived here had; similar to a popular anime that aired around the world 60 years ago...
Versuvio: Its been nearly 20 years since I last laid foot on the Earth...
He looked out the multi-polymer dome surrounding the NET and saw the orange Earth in the distance.
NET's where giant satellite-like structures that orbited Earth. Humans had tried to stop the polar-ice caps from melting, but failed. The ice caps uncovered giant gas veins, releasing a previously undiscovered gas known as "Psyimulzogen". This altered the genetic codes of humans, giving them special powers. But, the gas was also found increadibly dangerous to human's as well.
And that's what NB was, a "branded" NET. "Branded" was the term given to "Specials" by "Normals". "Normals" where people who were unaffected by the Pysimulzogen. The NET's where to serve as their homes until the Psyimulzogen was purged from the atmosphere.
But Man's old habits stilled plagued the new civilizations. Wars still raged, greed still ruled. Admineral Versuvio was put in charge of NB.NET as part of a peace loving group of people. The citizen's here still fought, and had wars with each other, but money was not object, and no one ever killed another; no one could bring themselves to. That would all have to change soon...
Versuvio walked back to his desk, and a holocon formed in mid-air; it was a blue envelope with a red seal.
Versuvio: Open.

Versuvio hit a small button on his CoTe. (pronounced "coat") or Communication Terminal, not unlike the wireless headsets used 60 years ago.
Four people apperared in front of him.
All: Yes, Admineral Versuvio?
Versuvio:Zanji, Bibi, Nexus, and Rei.... I want to to gather everyone with a with a "Lieutenant" or higher status.
All: Yessir!
Versuivo strolled over to the window, and looked out over the citizens.
In Dome 1 he could see the not-yet-proven members of Naruto Base. KeotsuEclipse was writing another of his Fan Fiction. Kiwii was training with his leopard, Presa. ANBU Hasashi was thinking of ways to steal the title of "Pervyest on NB" from UzumakiJake, something he didn't hope escalate to far...
In Dome 2, he saw a line of members standing in line to get their "Custom Jutsus" approved, as well as the newer mod, dubbed "Grimm", trying to keep the peace.
In Dome 3, he saw Mizutoki-kun sparring with ANBU Kakashi, as well as the "Bsama" standing on top of a mountain in the middle of the elements.
Nexus: Sir, I found the highest ranking person here, next to us. He is a Sensei, as well as near, if not, second in command of one of the "Major" groups here.
Versuvio: Send him in.
A man walked in.
