These are split second frames, apart from the Pein and OVA ones, you won't even notice these in normal viewing.

Manga is better, the anime quality sucks, even though its a popular manga and most likely has funds to back it up.

I don't see anything wrong with the Gaara one. But overall, the animation for Naruto hasn't been that great.

I'd rather watch something than read something. The only reason I read manga is because it's ahead. I'd rather watch all the action with amazing fights and detail, you know, in motion.

The only problem with naruto fights in the anime is that there is more talking than fighting aside for 1 or 2 instances in the anime. It breaks up the action.

Well didnt see anything wrong with the gaara pic. other than that is like it was said above..you wond see those without stopping every frame..however i must admit that the anime quality has gone down qutie some bit...just compare recent episodes(not talking about.chikara which has actually good animation) with the old naruto ones...everthing seems so stiff and the movements arent as fluently as if they used to less frames/seconds... :(
and yea how could they **** up a badass like pain this bad? i will never forget how disappointed i was at that moment...

i like the manga because the story is ahead but the anime is more cool because it has colors and the animation makes the fights more awesome

Anime is suppose to follow manga but during the pein fight Hinata got more "screen time".

I say Manga.

Probably because all episodes are 20 minutes and have to be extended. They probably use the talking as a way to pass time and put all the action in. Because, you see in the manga, everything can happen in a few pages and if that were to happen in anime, we'd get 2 minute episodes. Yay.

Pain one was the only legit animation fails others were paused/edited. Others were minor mstakes you wouldn't even notice so why does this impair the anime quality?

well that's why I like reading it better....sitting there for 15min watching a flashback gets really tedious, when I can just read through it in a minute

and most of the fights could have been extend like they did with Pain vs 6 tails(which was pure action) but instead there is just lots of dialogue that breaks up the action every 20 sec

in the manga the final Kisame vs Guy fight seemed epic.....and yet the anime made it really boring and short

i prefer manga over anime any day probably because i love black and white drawings or that its done by kishi himself so to put the anime over the original seems strange to me

I agree with this. For manga I find the talking more acceptable (in a way I prefer it to the intense action because I personally find it harder to follow intense fights in pictures), and I believe that its up to the animators of the anime to extend the fights (like they did in naruto vs sasuke at the end of part 1) to add to the emotional/intensity of the fight while adding the talking plot points. ANNNNND this is where the anime of Naruto has been slacking, because instead of doing just that, they have been adding filler episodes. The anime would be SO much better if instead of filler episodes they added filler fight sequences instead. That would at the very least make up for the rare moments where the animation lacks.
