naruto and yamato vs madara

Naruto and a dead Yamato.
They will show down with Madara. Then during the bout Madara will kill Yamato, bringing out Naruto's super OP Kyuubi mode filled with rage, and pown Madara with a mini rasen-shuriken barrage attack with 100 clone's ... no maybe a thousand.

What special assistance is Yamato going to provide to help Naruto in this case? Naruto would need to be extremely fast evade Madara like his father but then nail him with a killing blow. Now that Madara has the rinnegan powers, I don't know how Naruto would fare.
