what if they dont have any connection or it was just that once and thats it no 1st DNA connection.. so 10 years only..

i think you are right. to be honest i doubt that naruto will especially use that in any way, it would be extremely retarded (in terms of story-writing).

But I think they are related because Tsunade's little brother the first's grandson looks exactly like naruto so maybe his DNA works to.
