I've had to say this exact thing to several more:

They don't have the seals anymore. They were only used to seal Kaguya. After they touched her, the seals disappeared from their hands and went back to Hagoromo to perform the Chibaku Tensei. Notice in chapter 697 when Naruto makes the Rasengan in his right hand before he trips, there is no seal on his hand. Also, their powers didn't come from their seals.
