I was bored so i made a couple of avatars. Kept the design simple and just played around with the colors. If you want anyone please just take it, CnC would be appreciated, I wanna get better at these :/

How do you make the inner borders?

I use the rectangular selection tool. You simply open a new layer, and select with that tool, the inner part of the Avy letting a little border out there. Then you simply right click, Stroke selection. And you paint it white. After that you can resize it in place and finally you set the layer style to Soft Light or Overlay, depending on what looks better. And Voila, of course assuming you use PS!!!

Don't know what to say... Very simplistic and nice. Maybe a little sharpen on Naruto's face, to make it look more tense and slightly remove the smoothness. (don't know just my instinct) That's about it...
