Naruto and Sasuke probaly on par with each other

We have yet to see the tech that comes with unlocking EMS. And seeing as Naruto has quick speed which seems to make him pretty tough, im betting the last ability of EMS is a perfect counter for Narutos speed. But then again speed and power alone doesnt win battles
