naruto and sasuke part one vs rock lee and neji

now that my other thread has died down ive decided to try a new one for you all here at NB

location: chunin exams final stadium
reason: limit testing and sparring. they will go all out
conditions: all at 100% chakra
-naruto: stamina and energy very low due to lack of sleep CAN use nine tails power but CANNOT use cloak
-sasuke: 100% stamina. can use 3 tomoe sharingan but cannot use lvl 2 curse mark. CAN use lvl 1 may be at odds with naruto putting both at a small disadvantage
rock lee: 100% stamina with weights on. cannot go past 4 gates. cannot use loopy fist.
neji: 100% stamina. all abilities available.

no one has to die. but they will all try their best. who wins?

IMO Neji and Lee will win this with mid-difficulty.

Naruto beat Neji
Sasuke did a better job on Garra then Lee could plus using his sharingan he was able to copy lee's movements and arguably equal his speed which is Lees greatest strength.

Neji's attitude became his downfall. There is no way he would make the same mistake again.

Lee can use the gates. That will give him lots of strength and speed that sasuke could possibly see with the sharingan but not be able to react to.

Once Neji is out of the picture a 2v1 Lee that can only go four gates and has to have weights on shouldn't be too hard for Naruto and Sasuke. Plus it was stated that sasuke= lee without weights

He won't lose again to naruto like last time. He is smarter, faster and overall more skilled than naruto. Naruto did come up with some clever plans to throw neji off, but he will need the kyuubi's chakra to even keep up with neji.

Sasuke would be finished by lee quickly as the gates will allow him to move faster than sasuke can react. Once he uses hidden lotus, sasuke would be out of the match
