Naruto was stronger than sasuke before the power up and now that they both received the same equal power up, it still means that Naruto is above sasuke at the moment. Let's not forget all the bijuu's chakra naruto has inside him atm which wasn't part of Rikudo's power up.

Exactly it's been shown and hinted they are and still will be equal since the Obito fight

I still reckon naruto is slightly stronger ATM. If we take your example and naruto got a boost to lv135 from the sage you also have to add the psuedo juubi naruto has +100 again (total 235). If sasuke was boosted to say lv150 after the sage he is still under naruto because he lacks the tailed beasts. This is just a random example but you get the point.

Tbh the difference is kind of showing as well. Naruto is just throwing one handed nukes and taking out meteors like its nothing all whilst fighting all of the limbo clones. Sasuke is already using his trump card and even then he was complaining that 'the meteors just keep coming' suggesting he is struggling a little. I honestly think they are equal and I want them to be, but this chapter makes me think otherwise. Still I'll reserve my judgement till all of their abilities are fleshed out more.
