Naruto and Sasuke Equals?

What do Naruto and Sasuke have to gain to be equals ?

Right now it seems like Naruto is more powerful, but it doesn't matter to Sasuke since he has Blaze Release.
Naruto can't touch him, or else.

Still seems unfair.

You forget Naruto has chakra arms that can be dispelled at anytime. Sasuke gets fodderized(used loosely) at his current state. He just can't fight on BM Naruto's level yet.

Naruto doesn't have to touch him to attack. He has many mid-long range attacks and he can use chakra arms and Nature chakra.

If you actually played, NUNS3 show's a secret episode when madara and hashirama fight, and Madara manipulates time. He litterally makes time go backwards. Look it up.
