would be ruined if everyone STOPPED MONOLOGUING. Like really, if villains and shit stopped wasting time spouting herp derp philosophies and insults, they would win every. single.time.

Like in real battle, you think anyone wastes time talking to their opponent? NAH MAN, they kill first, ask questions later. Like I was just rewatching/rereading the Sasuke/Danzo fight and if Danzo wasn't so concerned with being all cocky and shit, he would've killed Sasuke as soon as he caught him in his seal.

Hell, Sasuke/Naruto probably would have died eons ago if not for monologues.

Talking in battle is like waiting for a deus ex machina.

Hell animes are based solely around deus ex machinas.

Villains should learn when it's appropriate to talk.

you know i think anime's would be hilarious if villains just went around beating the f-k out of the main characters and never explaining why they did it.

*Pain looks at naruto... blankly, then raises his hands*

naruto get caught and gets crushed by the jutsu rendering him captured
