One Piece is easily better than Naruto and is 'constantly getting better'. The characters are really great and are interesting to watch,plot, plus the great manga art style,, though in anime, soundtracks of naruto are better
I don't care which one is better because I enjoyed reading/watching both of them including Bleach.
For people who don't like any particular manga, stop reading them. Don't need to bash the manga creator and
their work(s).
Naruto predictable... that's funny, tell me what is going to happen in the next chapter (you probably predicted Tobi being Obito and becoming juubi's host after being defeated by Kakashi - example from only the last arc)
Naruto lost the tactic and strategy... I'm shure that some wires and bombs will do much against the juubi, obito and madara (who are stupid and they only rely on power ups...come on guys) + OP piece has more tactics and strategy...
Naruto is based only on power ups... who besides Naruto and Ssasuke gained significant power ups? If you want to watch them throwing kunais and stiking paperbombs to trees go watch animal planet cause that would be more entertaining
Naruto dialogues are are actually a part of the plot and if you never felt goosebumps when Naruto and Hinata or Neji were having discourses you should stop watching this anime
And the storyline... is funny how you argue about that taking into consideration that they are ANIME and their main purpose is to entertain kids not won Oscars

To put it simply, you're judgement is clouded by the disappointment of the current arc. You fail to see the epic moments and dialogues upto Pain arc. And you've looked up one of the crappiest naruto pages and compared it to a great one piece page. C'mon guys. You have got to give credit to naruto where it is due. Same goes for fights.
I brought up graphics to talk about the background/backdrop of the panels. I think that's obvious. No sh*t it's not a game.
What epic moments? There were more flaws than epic moments. How did I look up the crappiest naruto page? I compared the first page of the latest chapter, don't even blame it on me. Naruto PART 1 was good (still not as good as OP) but part 2 was just a let down. I don't even think you're caught up in One Piece tbh.

Edit: No shit sherlock, ofc my judgement will be clouded by the current arc because this arc was hyped up and it's the "final" arc. This final arc is suppose to wrap up the whole series and this was his chance to let people shine like Konaha 11 who were literally thrown in a corner since the time skip. Not to mention he could of answered some plot-holes. Like we don't even know if the 3rd hokage is alive at this point or not, even if he is dead then what was the purpose of bringing him back?
Sure he gave them screen time, but compare it to the screen time they got in part one. It's a joke. So they all got to do a move and take out some fodder juubi clones. Do you even remember the names of those moves.? What was Shino's move? How about Kiba? What did Sai do during the chapter they all flashed their random new skills?
Now compare that to the screen time the Strawhats get. I mean Oda is working with 9 members right now + Kin'emon and Momonosuke. All of them have screen time in the current arc. Not just one chapter, but throughout. it shows you who is the superior mangaka when giving screen time.
Not as much as in part 1 plus it seems the gap in power level between konoha 11 and Nauro was far off. Naruto was far more stronger than them in a 1v1 aspect. He was stronger than them way to early.
Why should plot and dialogues be so intricately connected? Agreed they do reinforce each other. But Naruto dialogues, in my opinion, are just much more powerful. I can't remember too many One piece instances of strong dialogues. Naruto has many.

Compare it to now. Did Naruto fulfill his promise? Did he invent cooler jutsu? No, all the inventing was made by other people. He always had help in dealing with the Akatsuki. It's not powerful if he doesn't see his words through, discounting a change of heart. Look at Jiraiya's face right after, he knows they are kid's wishes. It just so happens that in Naruto the manga, this kid's wishes come true because:
He has the Kyuubi.
He has a lot of people helping him for their self-interest. You can literally count the people helping him because of himself as a person.
He is connected to a lot of famous ninja.

What Nagato and Obito are showing us, are speeches of people too immature for real life. They snapped because of one single negative act in their lives, and because of it, caused numerous casualties and destruction. Does the world have to suffer because Rin died? I don't agree, it just so happens that Obito is too much of a manchild to admit his immaturity and deal with it like an adult is supposed to do.
The reason why I don't believe Naruto has deeper lines than One Piece is because all their lines are pretentious; they pretend to be mature when they really aren't. They say too many flowery words but mean only a single thing. Also, I've noticed something common among most Naruto characters: they don't admit their mistakes.
When was the last time Naruto took responsibility for his shortcomings? All he does now is talk his mouth off when he hasn't done a single thing. Did he apologize for Neji's death? No. He boasted that he would protect Konoha with his power and what does he do? Fail at it spectacularly. It takes Hinata to give him a boost. At this point Hinata is a better character than Naruto for miles.

What you see in that spoiler is Luffy admitting that he's not perfect, and that's early in the series. He shows a certain degree of maturity in each situation, and he means his words. It's not like some upstart ninja who was led by several hands along the way, only to stand at the top not by his own two hands.
In short, I don't think Naruto has better dialogue than One Piece simply because it's pretentious, and it's naive idealism being projected into the "real world" rather than OP's frankness and bluntness to tell the truth.

This is inspirational and motivational speech.. True is part of dialogue, but the main core of an issue and problem is the dialogue reader and watcher looking for..

One Piece definitely, Naruto has the Pain arc but OP has Luffy v Lucci, Marineford, ... just Law v Vergo (just that one slice) and that chapter for me was more exciting than most of the Naruto war (btw I don't think the Naruto war is bad)
PS: I am one of those people who likes the second part of Naruto better than the first part (mainly due to Pain and the heavyweights in the war ... just love seeing the Hokages)
PPS: Naruto fans: I love Naruto and I won't give a chance to anything else
