One Piece's plot is wayyy more complex seeing as we've hardly scratched the surface.

Everything about OP is better than Naruto.
The reason I say this is because I can literally find 3 flaws with OP and allot more with Naruto.
Ope flaws : Not enough die, I don't like the exaggerated faces, Pell surviving that nuke is bullsh*t

What is original about Naruto? He's a ninja version of Goku. As a typical main character he experiences minimal personal loss, while Luffy watched his mentor lose an arm saving him at age 7 and his brother die at age age 17. By age 16 Naruto had only lost his teacher, which would be fairly common in a ninja world.
As for your earlier post, fuuinjutsu,senjutsu and space time ninjutsu is what ruined Naruto, it went from strategy and close quarter combat to who has the biggest attack and can the opponents biggest defense stop it. Remember when Sasuke used Shuriken on strings to trap his enemy, or When Shikamaru created shadows to extend his shadow, or when Kiba used ninja tools like smoke bombs? Yeah, neither does anyone else 'cus it was over 400 chapters ago.
At least One Piece has been staying consistent with their fighting strategies and Luffy has more than 2-3 moves he uses. Naruto = Rasengan and Shadow Clone(which he hasn't used nearly as much anymore) and Sexy no Jutsu which has been discarded despite beating every Jonin level ninja of importance in Konoha(3rd Hokage, Kakashi, Ebisu, Jiraiya)
Luffy has Gum Gum Pistol, Gatling, Rifle, Whip, Axe, Spear, Bell, Bazooka then he has jet and Gigante versions of each then he has Haki Jet Pistol making it Bullet and Gigante Haki making it elephant gun. He has Red Hawk and Thor which add elemental damage to them, so right there he has more elemental damage then Naruto.
I've seen a lot of people compare these two mangas. And I came to the conclusion:
Dialogues - Naruto>One Piece. Naruto has some truly amazing dialogues and quotes from characters. One piece is not in the same league in this aspect.
Fights - I'd say about the same. Naruto=One piece. Both mangas have their own techniques and skills i.e. Haki+Devil Fruit in One Piece and Jutsus+Kekkei Genkai in Naruto.
Plot - I'd say about the same or maybe One Piece slightly ahead. One Piece>=Naruto.
Design - Characters and Graphics in the MANGA? Naruto>One Piece hands down.
X-Factor: Ability to surprise you and knock you off your feet? One Piece>Naruto.
Note:One Piece has an unmatchable arc in the Marineford War. It will be a challenge to match, let alone surpass, an arc like that one in the final arc.
Naruto also ended strongly in Part 1. The last 4-5 chapters of Part 1 are masterpieces.
Dialogue:
Naruto isn't even dialogue heavy lmfao, especially with this current arc I mostly just look at the art work and I can get an understanding of what's going on.
Fights:
Naruto fights are on par with One Piece? Naruto it's just spamming abilities (ftg or those bijuu bombs) that's just stupid. What ever happened to those strategric fighting we saw in Naruto part 1? Remember how epic the fight between Naruto & Neji was? We never got anything on that tier since the time skip. Clearly, Kishi's writing has went down.
Plot:
The plot isn't even near OP's level lol do you even realize how many plot holes opened up once Tobi's identity was revealed? Naruto's pathetic contradictions piss me off... remember that speech he gave to neji? Saying how you can control your own destiny and now at the current arc it seems he's destined to become the next "s06p" plus it was hinted a lot too. Why couldn't kishi have Sasuke be destined one and let Naruto beat him? It will reinforce that speech he gave to neji too.

Dialog I won't agree with you on. There was so much heavy dialog in the Water 7/Enies Lobby arcs. Let me remind you of some of that.

Design, I won't argue with too much because this one is more opinionated. I will disagree on this. Naruto's design factor has become too dulll imo. The only thing kishi is good at is drawing mountains and big ass explosions nowadays.
The rest I will agree with more or less. Naruto vs Pain was the best fights in the series. Also Gaara vs lee and Neji vs Naruto were really good as well.
The best fights for One Piee happened in the Enies Lobby arc. I think oda is afraid to do something that good again, because it will be so hard to top. We saw that with Thriller Bark, and then the drawn out way to the timeskip so Luffy could kick ass again. It was hard for Oda to come up with a way to make Luffy stronger, despite there being so many stronger enemies still to go. I think the next Luffy vs Lucci will come later down the road. Because we haven't had such a great fight like that in such a long time, I'll agree fights between Naruto and OP are more or less equal. Luffy vs Lucci still is better overall.
The only other one that is debatable is Plot. Since we have barley scratched the surface of the overall plot with One Piece, and the fact that Naruto is coming to an end, I think they are comparable to each other. Once One Piece starts rolling again trying to get to One Piece, that plot will be amazing.

In the matter of looks I like op's wierd faces but only op can do that coz these here r pirates the ranged Frm handsome guys to utmost disgusting guys in real life and I love that oda incorporated that reality aspect into the manga. Op pages r more detailed to me and of u don't mind check thor elephant gun page and just look at the detail in Luffy's bosushoka covered g3 arm, its like an animated piece to me. Naruto fight rules have changed so much Frm those days of sheriken on strings, Neji letting that oto guy's arrow hit him for him to KO him, now pull a stunt like that and well simply put u face certain doom coz its now I got a bigger attack or I got this justu and u don't so no way u can even scratch me gone r the days when ninja battled were of wits now its all about who is yo ancestor Uchiha or senju or r u related to them if not then u f**ked.
Why should plot and dialogues be so intricately connected? Agreed they do reinforce each other. But Naruto dialogues, in my opinion, are just much more powerful. I can't remember too many One piece instances of strong dialogues. Naruto has many.

I agree with what you said about fights being degraded now. But I still think naruto has better dialogues OVERALL. Kishi is very good with words. But he is starting to lose his way with the plot. And I don't believe in such a thing as talk no jutsu. If someone doesn't like a character redeeming himself, then he ought to quit the manga. Simple.

To put it simply, you're judgement is clouded by the disappointment of the current arc. You fail to see the epic moments and dialogues upto Pain arc. And you've looked up one of the crappiest naruto pages and compared it to a great one piece page. C'mon guys. You have got to give credit to naruto where it is due. Same goes for fights.
I brought up graphics to talk about the background/backdrop of the panels. I think that's obvious. No sh*t it's not a game.
