Naruto can't use mokuton because of his chakra, so no.

Naruto has Hashirama cells in his arm so he should have the ability to use mokuton just as Madara did after he got Hashirama cells. You also need to have the ability to make Water and Earth chakra then mix them together to make wood jutsu. Naruto has the ability to make mokuton and have all elements so he is capable of using it. Sasuke has Hashirama cells and all elements too.
