Itachi wins this by himself! He doesn't need Naruto!
He can just cast his Mega Tsukiyomi on all the Jinchuuriki and take them ALL out at once!
Or, he can just use Amaterasu on all of them at once! Nevermind the fact that it leaves him open to other tailed beast attacks!
If things get terrible, he can just use Susano'o! He has an infinite amount of chakra, even more than a tailed beast! He can just keep Susano'o up forever! He actually eats dinner WITH Susano'o!
In all seriousness though, it's hard to say exactly who wins because though Itachi has the Sharingan, so does Tobi.
I'll go for Naruto and Itachi though.

Tough battle but I say Tobi wins. Itachi doesn't have the stamina to take them. I'm sure a tailed beast bomb can melt Sasuno.
