Let's pretend Hokage Naruto gets caught in genjutsu like Tsukuyomi or Mugen Tsukuyomi. Imagine he is RSM and universal comprehension aside, what would happen if all nine bijuu disrupted his chakra flow?

Infinite Tsukuyomi requires two things to be undone, the rinnegan and all bijuu chakras. The rinnegan was assumed by sasuke to be immune to IT, however thats speculation.

How do you believe juubi jin (all bijuu chakra) would even be phased by genjutsu? Do you know how powerful all bijuu together are?

I honestly don't believe genjutsu would even effect a juubi jin.

Well to Kishi Yin = Yang. If sasuke(yin) can block IT, why shouldn't Naruto(yang)? Rinnegan and RSM are two halves of a whole, Hagoromo divided his power evenly amongst them Yin(Rinnegan) and Yang(RSM).
