Hello guys,

Recently I stumbled upon a topic on a website about the effects of the Nuclear exposure at Chernobyl and I realized that something similar happens in Naruto Mangaka as well.

This thread will circle around Hashirama and Madara.

Let me start with something we all know:

Kyubi's Presence amplifies and potents Hashirama's Mokuton ability. Making it to grow faster and more powerful.

According to Naruto Wikia:

"It's the 'Yang' part of kurama doing the trick. It has great life-force which naturally affects the wood release technique."

*Now let me show you what did radiation to do the Vegetation at Chernobyl:

The city is literally a forest besides being a ghost a town since the incident.

That is an oddly shaped cloud with his two ammo clips, behind it, clinging in to perfect balance with nature while one clip is already being used.

thats because of a lack of human presence to destroy nature , i mean keep nature in check over the years.

Chernobyl was 1986 i think, threes actually a interesting video that trys to portray earth without humans, week by week then year by year, ud be surprised how quickly trees and weeds grow, cats take over the city, and what not

idk the name but im sure u can find it. I see what your thinking tho.

I understand you too. I have to admit I've never seen a habitat with no human to shape it therefor I cannot contradict your idea and opinion.

Yup, there's a little/small chance of similarity to them.

You know, I did have that theory that chakra in general originated from some nuclear experiments/testing in NV's distant past, and that the Bijuu were also products of said experiments. Then there were nuclear wars that wiped out the entire civilization, leaving only nuclear mutants/former tests subjects alive. Those mutants later repopulated the land and their descendants eventually became ninjas.

I still hold to the headcanon that chakra is radioactive (and that ninjas are naturally immune to radiation's harmful effects).

If one is important, then so are the others.

You are a fantastic person.

Chakra is the basically energy. Christians call it Soul. Buddhists call it Chakra. Radiation is a form of energy.

There are enough trees for all the people in Africa to Celebrate Christmas and the good part is those trees grow faster because of the radiation. Happy Trees for everyone WUB WUB WUB WUB

Regarding Chenobyl's incident, they're not growing any faster.

Elevated levels of background ionizing radiation may impair growth trajectories of trees by reducing the annual
growth.
[ ]

The Red Forest- the area with the highest radioactive contamination. [ ]
This zone suffered a complete loss of conifers with partial damage to hardwoods (the so-called "Red forest"). Scholars estimate that the level of absorbed doses of external gamma radiation exposure in 1986–1987 was 8000–10000, with the maximum extent of the dose was 500 mR/h and more.

Abnormal growth in the Red Zone:

Chernobyl's radiation also had an impact on the microbial environment. Decomposers such as fungi, bacteria, and some types of insects are extremely sensitive; as a result, nutrients/organic material do not get recycled into the environment and the bio-matter does not decompose.
[ ]
Samples of leaf litter that were placed in highly contaminated areas showed 40 percent less decomposition than samples that were placed in uncontaminated sites. The degree of decay was proportional to the degree of radioactive contamination.
This means that nutrients aren’t being efficiently returned to the soil, he adds, which could be one of the causes behind the slower rates of tree growth surrounding Chernobyl.

Other effects:
[ ]
Birds around Chernobyl have significantly smaller brains that those living in non-radiation poisoned areas; trees there grow slower; and fewer spiders and insects—including bees, butterflies and grasshoppers—live there.

Accumulation of dead plant matter is great fuel for fire: [ ]
8 years' worth of undecayed leaves would provide an ideal fuel for the fire, which could then spread radiation throughout the region.

TL;DR- Radiation inhibits the growth of trees. The forest would be a lot more lively if Chernobyl didn't happen.

I like your thinking.
Here's a treat from a future thread: :uruhara:
