madara said that you can unlock rinnegan via having EMS ,and another way is to have uchiha and senju blood

yerp.... tobi said he was an uzumaki just after fighting konan , so maybe sasuke can get rinnegan from tobi if he gives him some of kushinas cells , i mean how else might he have chakra chains , he couldve gotten cells from kushina when the 9 tails was unleashed , so maybe sasuke will , if sasuke gets rinnegan then its almost certain naruto must inherit chakra chains

he planned the downfall of the hokage and kushina maybe to get chakra chains , uzumaki maybe to give nagato rinnegan so he can then retrieve it from him , and the downfall of the uchiha to taint sasuke and use him as a tool , man tobis einstein of narutoverse

i think that he planned to get chakra chains and rinnegan so he can capture naruto knowing minatos intentions , in top of that he used sasuke as a tool to draw naruto to him , i know were now off topic but tobi is 1 mother ****ing genius

back to the point i think its got something to do with kushinas cells , so i still believe naruto has chakra chains somewhere deep within him

I thinbk it's part of the uzumaki clan's special sealing techniques like the barrier they put against a beast even kurama reference that the technique KM naruto used to subdue him were like the SO6P's jutsu (he never really finished though) xd
